Honey Jar Wax Bar is a Black-owned luxury waxing studio based in San Antonio, TX. We specialize in full-body waxing for women who want softness, safety, and real results.

Retainers & Cancellations

• Non-Refundable Retainer: A 50% retainer of the service total is required to secure your appointment. All retainers are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: You may transfer your retainer to a new time one (1) time, provided you reschedule at least 24 hours BEFORE your original appointment.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a forfeited retainer. Rescheduling after the 24 hour time frame is considered a cancellation.

Arrivals & No-Shows

• Grace Period: We offer a 7-minute grace period.

• Late Fees: Arrivals between 8–10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee.

• Cancellations: At 11 minutes late, your appointment is automatically canceled.

• No-Shows: "No-call, no-shows" will be charged a $25 fee. If payment declines, you will be barred from future bookings.

Studio Rules

• Guests: No extra guests or children are permitted in the service room without prior approval.

• Service Changes: No "add-on" services can be requested at the time of the appointment.
